Our Story

I started Mold Remediation Specialists in 2002 from its parent company, Sunshine Carpet Cleaning Inc. We were hired by a mold remediation company to clean the carpets in government buildings throughout the state after they finished their remediation work. I wanted to learn as much about the mold remediation process as I could, so we could provide the best carpet cleaning results for the State’s buildings.

After getting certified thru the IAQA and the IICRC, I decided to start Mold Remediation Specialists. Since we started, we have done the mold remediation for many of Martin Memorial Health Systems facilities including both hospitals as well as other government facilities.
